We are excited to dive into his background and gain insight into his unique perspective as he navigates the challenges and experiences of his internship.</p><p><b>Recipe:<br/><br/></b>Mocktails, non-alcoholic cocktails, are becoming increasingly popular. They offer a delicious and interesting alternative to sugary drinks or water for those who don&apos;t want alcohol. Bars and restaurants are taking mocktails seriously, crafting them with the same care as cocktails. The Mint-Basil Limeade is a refreshing example, mimicking a mojito but without the rum. This drink can be enjoyed as is, or easily converted into a cocktail with a shot of rum, vodka or gin.</p><p><b>Ingredients:</b></p><ul><li>4 large basil leaves</li><li>4 mint leaves</li><li>1 oz <a href='https://www.liquor.com/recipes/simple-syrup/'>simple syrup</a></li><li>1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed</li><li>Club soda, chilled, to top</li><li>Garnish: lime wheel</li></ul><p><b>Directions:</b></p><ol><li>Gently muddle the basil, mint and simple syrup in a shaker tin.</li><li>Add the lime juice and ice, and shake until well chilled.</li><li>Double strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.</li><li>Top with the club soda.</li><li>Garnish with a lime wheel.</li></ol>
