A light, gold rum like Goslings Gold Seal is the perfect choice for this cocktail, as its subtle sweetness complements the other ingredients.</p><p>*Use your favorite bottled cold-brew coffee or make some yourself by soaking 140 grams ground coffee beans in a coffee filter with 32 ounces water for 12 hours.
