<p>In our first episode, one of our hosts, Catelin, briefly mentioned when she lived in Honduras for a year. We promised we'd revisit that part of her life in a future episode, and it's finally here! This week we dive deep into Catelin's time in Honduras, and how it helped shape her into the person she is today. </p>

<li>0.5 oz. of freshly squeezed lime juice</li>
<li>2 oz. of light rum</li>
<li>4 oz. of your favorite cola </li>
</ul>
<p>Steps</p>

<li>Add lime juice into a glass of your choice</li>
<li>Fill glass with ice and pour in your rum</li>
<li>Fill with cola and gently stir</li>
