This drink combines the bold flavors of rum, maple syrup, Angostura bitters, and orange zest with the refreshing bitterness of tonic water. A light, gold rum like Goslings Gold Seal is the perfect choice for this cocktail, as its subtle sweetness complements the other ingredients.</p>
<p>*Use your favorite bottled cold-brew coffee or make some yourself by soaking 140 grams ground coffee beans in a coffee filter with 32 ounces water for 12 hours. After steeping, remove the grounds by straining through a coffee filter.</p>
