<p>Our interns are done for the summer and we decided to get their final thoughts. They did a fantastic job with everything and we are thankful that we got to watch them learn and grow! Listen in to get their final perspectives. <br><br><b>This Week's Cocktail: Greyhound <br><br></b>Ingredients</p>

<li>1 1/2 oz. of your favorite gin</li>
<li>3 oz. of grapefruit juice</li>
<li>1 teaspoon of simple syrup</li>
<li>Grapefruit wedge and rosemary sprig for garnish (optional) </li>
</ul>

<p>Another gin drink means another win for gin-lovers like Catelin! This classic cocktail is easy for anyone to make and even easier to enjoy.</p>
<ol>
<li>Fill your favorite drinking glass with ice</li>
<li>Pour gin, grapefruit juice and syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice</li>
<li>Shake very well</li>
<li>Strain into your glass</li>
<li>Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and/or a rosemary sprig (Optional)</li>
